Black Bean Dip

Step 1 :

Drain and rinse the black beans from the can.

Step 2 :

Mince the garlic. Toast and grind the cumin.

Step 3 :

Combine beans, water, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, chilli powder, onion powder and salt in a blender and pulse until thick and smooth adding little water as needed.

Step 4 :

Serve with baked tortilla chips.
