Missi Roti Tart with Paneer Bhurji Mousse

A fusion twist on tradition, this Missi Roti Tart filled with creamy Paneer Bhurji Mousse brings bold Indian flavours to a stylish new format.

Cooking Steps

Method:

Step 1 :

Knead a soft dough. Rest it for 15 mins. Roll it out and line the tart shells with it. Fork it and bake at 200°C for 20 mins or till edges are brown. Let it cool.

Step 2 :

Make a slurry of dahi, besan and all spices, except salt (as demonstrated).

Step 3 :

Cook the onion garlic and tomato till the raw smell is gone. Add the slurry and cook till it leaves oil. Add crumbled paneer. Let it cool.

Step 4 :

Add cream and blend in a mixer.

Step 5 :

Pipe it in tart shells, garnish and enjoy!
