Caramelised Chicken Linguine

Step 1 :

Wash the bell papers, carrots and cut in julienne.

Step 2 :

Now let's prepare the sauce. In a measuring glass, add soy sauce, stir fry sauce, peanut butter, tomato ketchup, vinegar, amul fresh cream(or milk), crushed black pepper, pinch of salt(as per taste), Italian herbs. Mix altogether and its done.

Step 3 :

Meanwhile Cook the linguine in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 mins. Also, stir fry the peri peri chicken in a frying pan.

Step 4 :

In the same pan, add 3 to 4 tsp of olive oil, heat it and then add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste. Sauté it and add the veggies, stir fry them well for 5 to 6 mins.

Step 5 :

Now its time to add the linguine in the pan and also with some pasta water. Stir in pasta with veggies and then add the prepared sauce along with chicken and chopped Italian basil. Mix well for 5 to 7 mins until it turns out a caramelised one.

Step 6 :

Garnish with spring onion and cheese along with herbs and chilli flakes.

Step 7 :

Serve hot and enjoy!
