Cooking Steps

Mango Nankhatai

Step 1 :

Mix all-purpose flour, sooji, sugar, ghee, baking powder, and mango puree to make a dough.

Step 2 :

Grease the baking tray and preheat the oven to 170°C for 10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Form small balls and place them on the tray.

Step 4 :

Make a small crisscross slit in the center and sprinkle some pistachios on top.

Step 5 :

Bake the Nankhatais for 15 to 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Step 6 :

Remove the tray from the oven and let the Nankhatais cool on the tray for 4 to 5 minutes before transferring them to a tight container for storage.
