Panta Bhaat (Fermented Rice)

Step 1 :

In a bowl, take the leftover cooked rice and add water to it. It should cover the rice. Set aside overnight to ferment.

Step 2 :

Next day add gram flour, mix well and garnish it with sliced onions and serve along with salt to taste, green chilies.

Step 3 :

You can relish it with pickles, fish fry, and any side dish.
