This is a special Rabdi modak stuffed with butterscotch chips, offering a delightful twist that combines traditional flavours with a touch of indulgence.

Butterscotch Stuffed Rabdi Modak

Step 1 :

Bring to boil the milk first. Add rabdi, and condensed milk & stir it constantly. Add rose syrup & when it starts to leave the sides of the pan then switch off the flame.

Step 2 :

Make it cool & keep it in the fridge for half an hour.

Step 3 :

Once it's set take it out from the fridge. Take a small portion & start to make modak with the help of mould. Put some mixture inside the mould & fill it with butterscotch chips.

Step 4 :

Special butterscotch rabdi modak is ready to serve.
