Leftover Rice Chocolate Mousse

Step 1 :

In a bowl, melt the chocolate to make it into a smooth liquid.

Step 2 :

Now simply pour this melted chocolate into the leftover rice.

Step 3 :

Simply blend this mixture to get a silky-smooth paste. Add a few drops of hot water if it becomes too thick to handle.

Step 4 :

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, and dust with some cocoa powder if you like. Cover it and chill it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 5 :

After chilling, simply scoop out and enjoy.

Step 6 :

Alternatively, you can replace melted chocolate with ½ cup condensed milk and ¼ cup cocoa powder for the exact same result.
