Aachari Jackfruit Popsticks

These jackfruit popsticks are made using raw jackfruit, then give an achari twist by using pickles and making them shaped like popsticks and cook.

Cooking Steps

Aachari Jackfruit Popsticks

Step 1 :

Boil jackfruit and potato in a pressure cooker till 2 whistles, then in a bowl add boiled jackfruit and potato and mash them.

Step 2 :

Further add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, pickle, peanuts, garam masala powder, salt, roasted chatu and coriander leaves and mix them properly.

Step 3 :

Then give them an oval shape, coat them with semolina prick them with ice cream sticks just like popsticks and keep them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4 :

In a pan add oil, and shallow fry the popsticks. Serve with sauce or any dip of your choice.
