Daab chingri is an Authentic recipe from Bengal. Here I have tried to modify it my way fresho! Tropicool Pulpy coconut water and served it with fragrant Coconut rice fresho regular coconut water.

Cooking Steps
Daab Chingri with Coconut Rice
Step 1 :
For Daab chingri, marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder. Heat a tbsp of mustard oil in a pan.
Step 2 :
Sauté prawns until semi-cooked. Remove in a bowl. In the same pan, saute onion purée, green chillies paste and mustard paste until cooked.
Step 3 :
Add in the cooked prawns and coconut milk. Mix well. Finally, add in fresho! tender coconut water and salt.
Step 4 :
Cook for a while and set aside. Now fill the prepared curry in the empty coconut and seal it.
Step 5 :
Steam cook for 30 minutes or until the prawns get cooked.
Step 6 :
Meanwhile, for coconut rice, heat a tbsp of regular oil in a pan. Sauté onions and green chillies. Add in rice, turmeric powder and salt.
Step 7 :
Finally, add in the fresho regular Coconut water. Cover and cook until nice and fragrant.
Step 8 :
Remove the steaming coconut from the steamer. Serve the curry hot with the fragrant coconut rice.
