This is the best summer cooler you can make. If you had to choose one recipe for the summer, this is it. Mangoes showed off at their prime. The flavours and textures of this drink are the perfect addition and it all comes together in no time.

Cooking Steps
Mango Sago with Coconut Jelly
Step 1 :
In a blender, add the mangoes along with the condensed milk and milk.
Step 2 :
Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
Step 3 :
Pour by dividing the mixture equally between two glasses.
Step 4 :
Now for the Coconut Jelly, empty one bottle of fresho! tender coconut water into a square/rectangular dish.
Step 5 :
Bloom and melt 1 tbsp gelatin and pour into the tender coconut water.
Step 6 :
Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 7 :
Cut into cubes and top off the mango mixture in the glass.
Step 8 :
Now add in the cooked sago pearls and top it off with more milk.
Step 9 :
Garnish with a mint leaf or more mangoes and stir well before consumption.
Step 10 :
Tastes best when chilled.
