Minty Mango Coconut Shots
Step 1 :
First, peel the raw mango and chop it roughly.
Step 2 :
Then take a pan on medium heat, add water, and mango pieces. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes till mangoes get soft.
Step 3 :
Further in this add sugar. Cook till the sugar melts. Cool it down to room temperature.
Step 4 :
Transfer this mixture to a mixi jar add black salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, mint leaves, fresho coconut water and blend this all well into a smooth puree.
Step 5 :
Divide this puree into 2 bowls. In one add a pinch of green colour and in the other add a pinch of yellow colour.
Step 6 :
Now melt the agar agar into water. Add the agar agar into both bowls. Mix well.
Step 7 :
Pour the green mixture into the glass. Let it set for 5-7 minutes in the fridge. Pour the yellow mixture. Set this again.
Step 8 :
Serve chilled and enjoy.
