Litchi Panna Cotta
Step 1 :
In a small cup of water, add the gelatin and set it aside to bloom.
Step 2 :
In a saucepan, add the milk along with fresh cream and sugar and cook everything on a low flame.
Step 3 :
Remove from the flame when the mixture just begins to bubble. Cool the mixture slightly, then add the bloomed gelatin and stir everything well. Now add the vanilla extract and mix everything well.
Step 4 :
Take 4 serving bowls or ramekins, and add the freshly chopped litchi pieces in each of them. Now pour the prepared mixture in equal quantities in them all.
Step 5 :
Once the mixture is completely cooled, transfer to the refrigerator and cool for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 6 :
Garnish with some more pieces of fresh litchis before serving.
