Tangy Orange Halwa
Step 1 :
Wash the oranges thoroughly and cut off the tops. Scoop out the flesh carefully, leaving the peel intact. Keep the scooped-out oranges aside for later use.
Step 2 :
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina over medium heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic. In another pan, combine water and sugar.
Step 3 :
Heat until the sugar dissolves completely to make a sugar syrup. Slowly add the sugar syrup to the roasted semolina while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 4 :
Cook the mixture until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 5 :
Fill the hollowed-out orange bowls with the halwa mixture.
Step 6 :
Garnish with sliced almonds, Dose petals and pistachios.Serve warm or chilled.Enjoy your delicious Orange Halwa served in unique orange bowls!
