It's an Easter egg recipe with different colours and flavours, there is crunchiness, creaminess, and a burst of flavour.

Purple Deviled Eggs

Step 1 :

First, boil the eggs with water and salt till hard to boil.

Step 2 :

Take beetroot, cut it and boil it with some water and salt for some time to extract the colour.

Step 3 :

Extract the beetroot water and put the peeled hard-boiled egg in the water for some time (slit the egg in two sides a little before emerges in beetroot water).

Step 4 :

After the egg is coloured with beetroot, cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolk.

Step 5 :

Mix the yolk with mustard paste, mayonnaise, and salt. Put it in a piping bag with a nozzle.

Step 6 :

Arrange the egg in a serving tray, pipe out the yolk in the egg whites, sprinkle white sesame seeds, and black pepper and lastly with some yellow sev and Coriander leaves.

Step 7 :

Serve with chutneys of your choice.
