Step 1 :

First, rinse the peanuts thoroughly with cold water to remove any dirt and soak them in the cold water for 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add Besan flour, Rice flour, Red Chilli powder, Hing powder, and salt to taste and add water to a thick paste.

Step 3 :

To this, add soaked peanuts coated. Make sure the peanuts get a uniform masala coating.

Step 4 :

Fry them in a vegetable oil of your choice (however, groundnut oil works best) on the stove on a medium-sized flame.
