Remove the edges of the bread slices and break them into pieces.
Step 2 :
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread pieces, grated cheese, mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Step 3 :
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into small, round balls. Ensure they are compact and without any cracks.
Step 4 :
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Ensure the oil is hot but not smoking.
Step 5 :
Carefully slide the prepared cheese balls into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crisp. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Step 6 :
Once done, use a slotted spoon to remove the cheese balls and place them on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.
Step 7 :
Bread Cheese Balls are best served hot. You can serve them with ketchup, chutney, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
