Skip the tortillas! Crispy flatbreads cradle flavourful veggie fillings for a delicious and globally-inspired twist on taco night.

Bread Veg Tacos

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add chopped onion. Add chopped green capsicum tomatoes sweetcorn, soya chunks then add salt pepper powder, cumin powder tomato sauce mayonnaise mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Step 2 :

Roll out the bread thinly and cut into round shapes.

Step 3 :

Place the tacos on the wire rack of the oven and keep them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the taco shells are ready.

Step 4 :

Now take one bread taco shell. Then fill it with stuffing and garnish with mayonnaise tomato sauce and some coriander leaves.

Step 5 :

Serve crispy bread tacos with your choice of dip.
