A favourite Egyptian street food dressed with creamy sauce!

Falafel Wrap

Step 1 :

Soak the chickpea overnight.

Step 2 :

In a mixer, add the soaked chickpeas, mint, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, bread crumbs, salt and sugar.

Step 3 :

Chill the mix for 10 mins then roll it into flat balls.

Step 4 :

Fry them in deep oil until golden brown.

Step 5 :

In a bowl, add the dahi, salt and sugar. Mix it well.

Step 6 :

Open the bun, place the dahi mixture, falafels and add the thinly sliced onions with crumbled feta cheese and grounded pepper. Enjoy!
