Little Millet is a very nutritious and healthy recipe cooked with its taste so yummy and delicious. It's an amazing guilt-free sweet.

Cooking Steps

Little Millet Coconut Kheer

Step 1 :

Wash and cook a Little Millet in kadai with water, when it's cooked 3/4th add milk and cook completely.

Step 2 :

Now in a mixer grind coconut, poppy seeds, few cashews into a smooth paste.

Step 3 :

Now add this to the millet and cook for 5 minutes, add jaggery, and ghee and cook completely for almost 15 mins.

Step 4 :

Now fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add to the kheer.

Step 5 :

Enjoy hot or cold.
