Makai Hara Pyaz, or Sweet Corn Curry, is a flavourful and vibrant Indian dish that combines sweet corn with aromatic spices and fresh green onions. This vegetarian recipe offers a delightful fusion of sweet and spicy flavours, making it a perfect addition to your Indian cuisine repertoire.

Makai Hara Pyaz - Sweet Corn

Step 1 :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 tsp cumin seeds & sauté, add 1 cup spring onions and sauté till golden brown.

Step 2 :

Add 1 chopped tomatoes & cook for 1 – 2 minutes. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp each of coriander powder, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, and salt to taste, 1 tbsps kaju-magaz paste & mix well.

Step 3 :

Add 400 gms of Frozen Sweet Corn & mix well. Add ½ cup water, 2 tsp kasoori methi & ½ cup spring onion greens, ½ tsp chaat masala & mix well, cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4 :

Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
