Chocolate Ragi Brownie Brittle

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 2 :

Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave.

Step 3 :

Stir in jaggery powder, Raagi flour, maida, and baking powder.

Step 4 :

Mix until you achieve a smooth texture.

Step 5 :

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the batter onto it, and sprinkle with chopped almonds, seeds, and rock salt.

Step 6 :

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden.

Step 7 :

Allow it to cool, then cut or break it into your desired shape. Enjoy!
