Smoothie bowls are a great choice for breakfast because you get a balanced meal in the end. Plus side, smoothies have their fibre content. The idea of making a smoothie out of Jamuns appeared, in my mind for the beautiful purple colour it would be at the end. Jamun is a low-calorie and diabetic-friendly fruit. This recipe is filled with the goodness of jamun-yoghurt (Indian Black-currant/Black Plum), topped with muesli, healthy seeds, berries –cherries and nuts. A hearty, healthy breakfast indeed!
