Jamun Bingsu is a delightful fusion dessert that combines the flavours of traditional Korean Bingsu with the essence of Indian cuisine, featuring the sweet and tangy taste of Jamun.

Cooking Steps

Jamun Bingsu

Step 1 :

Mix the milk, jamun juice and condensed milk.

Step 2 :

Put it in a ziplock bag and freeze it overnight.

Step 3 :

Crush the frozen mixture with a light hammer and put it in a bowl.

Step 4 :

Next, serve it with the jamun jam on top along with whipped cream, mangoes, jamun and almonds. Enjoy!
