Add milk to a pan, switch on the heat and keep stirring it continuously. When the milk starts boiling, switch to a low flame and keep the cream that is formed on the side.

When the milk reduces to 700 ml, add milkmaid and mix it and let it boil with it. Use milkmaid based on your requirement. If you like it sweet, use full tin. Else, add 300 grams.

When the mixture becomes slightly thick, turn off the gas and let it cool. Add elaichi powder to it. Rabdi is now ready. The mixture will get slightly thick once rabdi cools down.

Let's fry the bread until the rabdi cools down. Cut the bread into heart shapes and fry it in desi ghee. Keep it aside.

Now, add sugar and water to another pan and keep it for boiling. When the sugar melts and the syrup becomes a little thick, add drops of lemon juice to it and turn off the gas after 2 minutes. Let the syrup cool down.

Once the rabdi is cool, keep one bowl aside and add rose syrup to the rest of the rabdi and mix it. Keep both the mixture in the fridge to cool for a while.

Once it's cold, pour the the rabdi with rose syrup to the bottom of the plate. Take a heart-shaped bread piece and dip it in sugar syrup for 1 second and place it on top of the rabdi.

Then pour white rabdi on top of the bread, add some chopped dry fruits and mixed fruit jam on top, and again add the bread dipped in sugar syrup, followed by white rabdi, dry fruits and some mix fruit jam on the side.

Repeat the process and then garnish it with pistachios and rose petals on top and Shahi Dil ka Tukda is ready to be served this Valentine's Day.
