Vermicelli Baked Meetha

A rich blend of cream and cheese topped with sugar syrup-drenched vermicelli and topped with pistachios.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl add boiled vermicelli, add butter to it and mix well, keep aside

Step 2 :

For the cream filling: Add cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla essence and cardamom powder and whip it well

Step 3 :

Take a silicon mould and grease it with butter. Now spread half of the vermicelli i.e first layer, and press it down a bit.

Step 4 :

Spread cream filling on vermicelli. Add a second layer of vermicelli and press it again.

Step 5 :

Bake it for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

Step 6 :

After baking spread Kesar strands and sugar syrup on top. Garnish with pistachios and serve hot.
