Sugarless Red Velvet Fudge

A diabetic-friendly, quick and easy-to-prepare dessert made with beetroot.

Step 1 :

In a pan add grated beetroot. Add milk to it, saute on low flame till beetroot gets soft and milk gets absorbed.

Step 2 :

Add grated paneer. Mix all well till it merges properly.

Step 3 :

Then add 2 tbsp ghee, 50 grams khoya, and 200 grams of date paste.

Step 4 :

Mix everything well and saute it on low flame till fudge leaves the sides of the pan.

Step 5 :

Add cardamom powder and dryfruit powder and mix it well with the fudge.

Step 6 :

Transfer the fudge into a greased tray and let it come to room temperature. Then place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes

Step 7 :

Once set, cut it into the desired shape, garnish it with rose petals and serve it.
