Main Ingredients

Step 1 :

Take 1 tsp of flax seeds and add measured hot water. Mix both and rest it for 5 minutes.

Step 2 :

Mix all flours with yoghurt and water. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, grate ginger and add it to the mixture along with salt.

Step 3 :

Mix the flaxseeds which become like a gel after adding water with the flour and veggies. Flaxseeds addition can increase fermentation and proof times.

Step 4 :

Add melted ghee to the mixture and mix everything well.

Step 5 :

Grease the toast maker and add the batter to it and cook it till done.

Step 6 :

Serve with green chutney and sauce of your choice.
