A healthy and delicious barfi made from cabbage and spinach.

Cooking Steps
Cabbage pista spinach barfi
Step 1 :
In a pan, boil water and add chopped cabbage to it. Give it two boils and drain all the water out of it.
Step 2 :
Now in a pan, heat ghee and sauté this par boil cabbage for 5 minutes.
Step 3 :
Add milk to mixture and cook till milk gets absorbed and the cabbage softens.
Step 4 :
Now add grated jaggery to the pan and stir for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 5 :
Then add khoya, mix everything well. Stir it for 10 minutes till the mixture forms a lump.
Step 6 :
Add spinach puree to it and mix well.
Step 7 :
Now add peanut butter, honey, cardamom powder and desiccated coconut. Mix everything well and stir for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 8 :
Lastly add pista powder and stir till barfi leaves sides of pan.
Step 9 :
Now transfer this barfi to a greased tray and let it come to room temperature. Then freeze it for 30 minutes.
Step 10 :
Then put this barfi in desired mould and unmould it, or cut it into desired shape and garnish with desiccated coconut and grated pista.
