A melt-in-the-mouth pudding with the natural cooling traits of arrowroot powder.

Arrowroot Milk Pudding

Step 1 :

Take 2 cups of milk. Add 2.5 tbsp arrowroot powder, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence.

Step 2 :

Mix well and heat, stirring continuously. When the mixture thickens, take it off the stove.

Step 3 :

Let it cool and then refrigerate for an hour.

Step 4 :

Finally, garnish with chocolate and syrup and serve cool.
