Chocolate cakesickle
Step 1 :
Break open the biscuit. Scoop out the cream and keep it in a separate bowl.
Step 2 :
Grind the biscuits in a grinder till very fine.
Step 3 :
In a bowl, knead the biscuit powder with some milk. Make a semi-soft dough.
Step 4 :
Take a bowl. Wrap an aluminum foil on it. Brush a little ghee on it.
Step 5 :
Pour the biscuit dough into the bowl. Level it evenly with a spatula.
Step 6 :
Place it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 7 :
In the meantime, make a smooth paste with the white cream of biscuits with some bit of milk.
Step 8 :
Take out the biscuit mixture from the refrigerator. Slowly take it out from the bowl into a plate.
Step 9 :
Cut it into small triangles. Insert a toothpick at the center.
Step 10 :
Apply cream to the triangles. Decorate with sprinkles and gems.
Step 11 :
Keep it in the deep fridge for 15 minutes and serve.
