Ghevar is a Rajasthani traditional dish . Here the Ghevar is made with different flavours and served with thandai shrikhand.

Cooking Steps

Layered thandai shrikhand ghevar

Step 1 :

In a pan, add ghee, ice cubes and rub it with your hands till it gets fluffy. Then add wheat flour and milk.

Step 2 :

Add water little by little and make the batter.

Step 3 :

Pour this batter in the centre of the hot ghee pan. Make sure you pour it little by little(10-12 times).

Step 4 :

For Ghevar, add green colour and a drop of cardamom essence in the batter.

Step 5 :

For thandai shrikhand, add powder sugar, thandai powder in homemade hung curd, mix it well, keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Step 6 :

For serving, take shots glass and add plain Ghevar chunks, Shrikhand and garnish with thandai powder and dry berries.
