Dough
Step 1 :
Take yeast, lukewarm milk, and sugar in a mixing bowl and combine well. Rest it for 10-15 minutes thereafter.
Step 2 :
Now in a bowl take flour, add the yeast mixture, mix evenly. Add melted butter, pinch of salt, and knead the dough till it's soft. When the dough is almost done apply oil and again knead the dough for approximately 8-10 minutes. Place the dough in bowl and brush the top with oil, cover with cling film and leave aside to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
Stuffing
Step 1 :
In a bowl combine boiled chicken shreds, salt, garlic powder, chili flakes, oregano, Britannia cheezza cheese, chopped coriander, chili Sauce and mix nicely. Keep aside.
Step 2 :
Now take the dough that has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2 equal parts. Shape them into smooth flat balls. After this, with the help of a rolling pin roll them into 10" circles. Place the first circle onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the surface with chili Sauce. Top this with the chicken filling.
Step 3 :
Place the second circle on top of it and seal the sides.

Step 1 :
Decorate the top any way you like with veggies and herbs. Brush the veggies with oil. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 20-25 minutes or until the focaccia bread is nice and golden."
