Pasta with Indian twist

Adding Indian flavours to makes pasta more spicy, tangy and yummy!

Pasta

Step 1 :

Add water in a heavy bottom pan. To this, add salt and vinegar. Let the water boil and add pasta. Cook for 7-10 mins.

Step 2 :

Take another pan. Add butter and sauté onion with salt. After 4-5 mins, add ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell goes off.

Step 3 :

Add tomato and cook till mushy. Then add curry leaves.

Step 4 :

Add egg, salt, curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder and sauté for 1 min.

Step 5 :

Add boiled pasta to it. Add tomato sauce (to bind masala together).

Step 6 :

Add pepper powder and cheese.

Step 7 :

Serve hot with a sprinkle of coriander leaves.
