A healthy recipe for those who loves Pav Bhaji but not Oats.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps

Pav Bhaji Oats

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add pounded garlic and let it fry till the raw smell goes away.

Step 3 :

Add onion, green capsicum and a handful of chopped coriander. Sauté for 3 - 4 mins so that it is cooked yet some crunch is remaining.

Step 4 :

Add Tomatoes, cook it till tomatoes are mushy and leaves oil.

Step 5 :

Add all dry spices as per your taste.

Step 6 :

Add oats and sauté for 2 mins. Then add 3/4 to a 1 cup of water. Let it boiled and cook it for 5 - 10 mins or till all ingredients are properly blended.

Step 7 :

Serve hot after garnishing with parsley, cheese or other accompaniments. It's best eaten with garlic cheese toast or masala pav.
