A tasty protein-rich take on fan-favourite Jalebis for your Navratri fast.

Step 1 :

Crumble a paneer and add in a grinder jar and make a smooth paste.

Step 2 :

Now add flour and grind it again. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add water to make a normal thick batter.

Step 3 :

Now for sugar syrup, boil the sugar and water to make a little sticky syrup, no need to make any string consistency.

Step 4 :

Now heat the oil or ghee, put the batter in a piping bag and make jalebis right into the oil. Cook it till golden from both sides at low flame.

Step 5 :

Now dip these jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for 2 minutes and garnish with silver vark (optional) and sliced pistachios. Our yummy delicious falahari paneer jalebi is ready to be served. Enjoy.
