Ingredients
Step 1 :
Sauté chopped garlic in oil or butter. Add onion slices and cook until they gets caramelised and change to golden brown.
Step 2 :
Add salt, black pepper, mixed dry herbs or any pasta seasoning, and fresh basil. Add cream and then cheese. Take off the heat once cheese is melted.
Step 3 :
Cut into half and toast a burger bun, bagel, or multigrain bread (any bread would do). Top it with the French onion mixture and serve warm.
