Firstly take maida, add boiled beetroot pure, olive oil, and salt as per taste, and make soft dough out of it.

Now take a bowl and add boiled sweet corn, capsicum, chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt, grated cheese and mix it well. The stuffing is ready.

Take a dough. Make small ball out of it and roll it thin using rolling pin. Then using a round cookie cutter, cut it into round shapes.

Place the stuffing in the center of one piece and stick another round piece on it. Then use a fork to shape the sides. Repeat the procedure for making the others raviolis.

To cook ravioli, take 3 cups of water, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp of oil in a big kadhai and boil the same. Once water comes to a boil, add the ravioli to cook. Once cooked strain and pour cold water on it. Th ravioli is ready.

For making the white sauce, put a pan on a flame. Now add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp maida. Roast it well on a low flame till the maida has a slight tinge of brown. Be careful not to burn it.

Now add 1 cup milk into the mixture. Whisk it till it becomes smooth. Then add salt, black pepper powder, and oregano. Turn off the flame. Add 1 tbsp grated cheese and whisk it. The white sauce is ready.

Finally take a serving plate. Keep the ravioli on it and top it up with white sauce. Serve hot.
