Step 1 :
Boil pasta and keep aside. Cut walnuts and grate Parmesan cheese.
Step 2 :
Chop bacon, shrimp, parsley, walnuts, garlic and keep aside.
Step 3 :
In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic, shrimp, and bacon. Then remove from heat and keep aside.
Step 4 :
In the same oil, cook the spinach and onions. Then add the heavy cream and bring to a boil.
Step 5 :
Then add the shrimp and bacon and cook. Add cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 6 :
Then add pasta and herbs along with chopped walnuts and heat for 2 mins.
Step 7 :
Garnish with parsley and some more Parmesan cheese.
