Step 1 :

Soak soya chunks and chana dal in hot water for 15 min. Then strain the water.

Step 2 :

Grind garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, and onion.

Step 3 :

Grind that mixture again with soya chunks.

Step 4 :

Add diced onions and mint leaves to the mixture.

Step 5 :

Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chat masala, add salt to taste, and 2 tsp lemon juice and mix it.

Step 6 :

Make cutlets from the mixture as per desired shape.

Step 7 :

Heat oil and fry cutlets for 8-10 minutes on medium low flame.

Step 8 :

Serve hot with sauce or your favorite chutney.
