Step 1 :

Add ghee in pan. When hot, add rai, jeera, saunf, and hing.

Step 2 :

Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.

Step 3 :

Add grated or ground corn and milk.

Step 4 :

Let it cook till the paste leaves the corner of pan.

Step 5 :

Add all the remaining spices and salt. Again cook for 10 more minutes on low flame.

Step 6 :

When the corn paste starts releasing ghee, your bhutte ka kees is ready to eat.

Step 7 :

Garnish with anar seeds, desiccated coconut , coriander leaves, and sev. Serve while hot.
