Step 1 :
In a vessel take all the dough ingredients (flour, milk, 1 egg, salt) and mix well. Keep stirring till it thickens and forms into a lump. Take it on a plate and knead into soft dough.
Step 2 :
Chop the onion, tomato, and potato very fine. In a pan add oil and fry the onion till light golden brown.
Step 3 :
Add the potato and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato, prawns, green chilli and salt. Mix well.
Step 4 :
Once the potato and prawns are done add chopped coriander and stir.
Step 5 :
Once the stuffing is cooled mix mayonnaise into the mixture.
Step 6 :
Make small balls out of the dough and roll sheets. They a donut/cookie cutter or a glass and cut small round sheets.
Step 7 :
Place the mixture on to each sheet and enclose it to form a semi circle. Dip into egg and coat it with bread crumb.
Step 8 :
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the ressois till golden brown.
Step 9 :
Serve with Ketchup or mayo.
