Step 1 :
In a bowl take lukewarm milk, sugar, salt & yeast. Mix it well and let it rest for 10 mins.
Step 2 :
Now in a mixing bowl take garlic bread mix, wheat flour, yeast mixture, crushed kasuri methi, cumin seeds, chilli flakes & finely chopped garlic. Add butter & make a very soft dough of it. Cover it & let it rise for at least one hour.
Step 3 :
After an hour the dough will double in size. Punch it well to remove the air bubbles from inside.
Step 4 :
Now make three portions of the dough. Mix orange and green colour in the dough to make orange, green and white coloured dough.
Step 5 :
Take a baking tray now, grease it with butter. Put green colour dough first & flatten it as per the size of the tray.
Step 6 :
Add a white layer then and finally, add an orange layer.
Step 7 :
Brush butter on top. Cover it and rest for 10 mins. After this it will rise more.
Step 8 :
Bake it in preheated oven for 30 mins at 170°.
Step 9 :
Once it's done, take the tray out of the oven and brush butter over it.
