Step 1 :
First, marinate the paneer with the marinade.
Step 2 :
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Step 3 :
Add the spice mix from the pack. Flash fry the spices for 5 seconds.
Step 4 :
1/2 inch chopped ginger. Fry it for a minute.
Step 5 :
Now, add the marinated paneer. Cook for 2 minutes or until seared on all sides.
Step 6 :
Add the cashew korma sauce from the pack. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7 :
Add water as required . Bring the curry to boil.
Step 8 :
Cover & cook over low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Step 9 :
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Step 10 :
Serve it along steamed basmati rice.
