Step 1 :

Prepare an 8-inch bread mould (Bar cake mould) by lightly greasing with oil. Make one round dough ball. Flatten with fingers to make square shape approx. 8 to 9 inch.

Step 2 :

From two parallel sides, fold this sheet inwards to form a small square in a book fold. Now start rolling tightly from one unfolded end together to make a cylindrical shape.

Step 3 :

Pinch the ends together to seal and put in the bread mould keeping the seal part downwards.

Step 4 :

Press it gently so that dough reaches all the corners evenly. Spray some water on the surface of the dough.

Step 5 :

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 220°C. Cover the mould with wet muslin or wet cotton cloth and keep it at room temperature for around 30-40 minutes until it becomes double the size.

Step 6 :

Bake it for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C. Remove it from the oven and apply some oil to the bread surface. Leave it for 2 minutes and then remove it from the mould. Cool for at least 45 minutes before slicing.

Step 7 :

Dissolve yeast in 2-3 tsp of water (from the recipe). Then, add water, oil and yeast solution to premix. Knead the dough for at least 7-10 minutes.

Step 8 :

Heat oven to 200-220°C and prepare a flat baking tray by brushing it very lightly with oil. Divide the dough equally into six dough balls.

Step 9 :

Arrange these balls on the tray keeping a 3-inch gap to avoid sticking to each other.

Step 10 :

Cover this tray with wet muslin or wet cotton cloth and keep it in a warm place for around 30-45 minutes.

Step 11 :

Apply or spray milk on the surface of dough balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Apply oil on the surface of baked buns. Cool for at least 20 minutes before using.
