Step 1 :
Cook rice & boil noodles.
Step 2 :
To make fried noodles, coat half of the boiled noodles with coating powder present in HappyChef Schezwan chilli stir fry kit & then deep fry in hot oil.
Step 3 :
Prepare manchurian balls by mixing grated cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, salt, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, corn flour & all purpose flour. Mix all to form a dough. Divide the dough into equal portions & shape into balls then deep fry these balls. Manchurian balls are ready.
Step 4 :
In a deep kadhai, heat oil, add chopped garlic, add all vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion, spring onion, capsicum, green chilli) & sauté for a minute.
Step 5 :
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, Schezwan chilli sauce present in HappyChef Schezwan chilli stir fry DIY kit & vinegar. Now, stir fry till the vegetables are cooked yet crisp.
Step 6 :
Add the cooked rice & boiled noodles. Then toss them, add in spice mix from HappyChef Schezwan chilli stir fry DIY kit, mix gently & cook for a minute. Later, add the manchurian balls and toss again.
Step 7 :
Garnish with fried noodles & serve hot.
Step 8 :
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice, black pepper powder & salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 9 :
Coat the marinated chicken pieces with the coating powder from Happy chef Schezwan chilli stir fry kit & fry the pieces till cooked. Remove fried chicken pieces.
Step 10 :
Now, heat oil in a fry pan, add the Schezwan chilli sauce & spice mix from Happy Chef Schezwan chilli DIY kit. Further, add the fried chicken pieces and stir fry till they are coated well with sauce & spices.
