Step 1 :

To make 6 pancakes take a half-packet (150g) of HappyChef Eggless Pancake Mix and add 158ml of cold water.

Step 2 :

To make 12 pancakes full-packet (300g) of HappyChef Eggless Pancake Mix and add 315ml of cold water.

Step 3 :

Stir together all ingredients until blended well.

Step 4 :

Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Pour ¼ cup (approx. 45ml) batter on a hot pan.

Step 5 :

Cook until pancakes are dry around the edges.

Step 6 :

Turn and cook the other side until golden brown.

Step 7 :

Serve hot with unsalted butter and honey. To experience authentic American pancakes, we suggest you stack the pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup and top it with berries or fresh cream.
