Step 1 :

Take a kadai and heat some oil.

Step 2 :

Add garlic ginger, onions, cumin seeds, pudina, chillis and coriander leaves. Saute them until the leaves loose their moisture.

Step 3 :

Add turmeric, black pepper powder, salt and lemon. Grind this to form a thick paste.

Step 4 :

Start the preparation of dough by mixing the multi grain flour with carrom seeds (ajwain), curd, salt and the pudina mixture.

Step 5 :

Knead well into suitable soft dough for the paratha. Let it rest for some time.

Step 6 :

Now make the parathas by dusting flour and fry them on an iron pan using ghee or butter as per your liking.
