Ingredients

Step 1 :

Wash and soak 1/2 cup of basmati rice for 15 mins.

Step 2 :

In a pan, take 1 tbsp of butter, add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom one by one.

Step 3 :

Add chopped shallots and chopped garlic pods and sauté it for few seconds until shallots turn translucent.

Step 4 :

Add 1/2 cup sprouted methi seeds and chopped tomatoes. Mix it along with the soaked basmati rice.

Step 5 :

Add jeera powder, pepper powder and aamchur powder and mix well. Add 1 cup water and salt to taste.

Step 6 :

Mix well and cover and cook until done.
