Ingredients

Step 1 :

Refrigerate boiled rice for 7 hours.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in a pan , add onions and saute them till they become translucent.

Step 3 :

Now add chopped ginger, garlic, red chillies and green chillies and fry for a few minutes.

Step 4 :

Add chicken pieces and cook properly.

Step 5 :

Add soy sauce, honey soy sauce, sambal oelek and salt and mix well.

Step 6 :

Lastly, add rice and spring onions to the chicken and mix well with light hands.

Step 7 :

Top each serving with a double fried egg and serve hot.
