Ingredients

Step 1 :

Sift together whole wheat flour & salt. Then add dry yeast and mixed seeds keeping a little of each seed aside for topping.

Step 2 :

Combine water, milk, oil & honey and add to the dry ingredients. Mix them well.

Step 3 :

Grease a medium loaf tin and spoon the bread mixture into the tin. Sprinkle the remaining mixed seeds and cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rise in a warm place for 25 - 30 mins.

Step 4 :

Bake in a preheated oven at 200'C for 40 - 45 minutes.
